Quelle was founded in 1927 and was originally reputed as one of the most well-known mail order companies in Germany.

The brand was acquired by the Otto Group and relaunched in August 2011 as an online-only business. Selling over 300,000 products in areas such as fashion, furniture & homeware, technology, sports and leisure, Quelle.de prides itself on offering the best prices and excellent service.

The company managed to position itself as one of the few traditional mail-order businesses turned a successful online store. For their customer acquisition strategy, Quelle chose to rely on Twenga’s long experience in e-commerce acquisition solutions to drive its success.

Solution
